A 41-YEAR-OLD man charged with grievous bodily harm and going armed to cause fear is set to appear at Cleveland Magistrates Court on February 5 next year.
Public nuisance
A 34-year-old Russell Island man charged with public nuisance will appear before Cleveland Magistrates Court on December 11.
Search warrants
A 41-year-old male will appear before Cleveland Magistrates Court on December 20 after police allegedly found him in possession of explosives.
Redland Bay Criminal Investigation Branch had executed search warrants at Macleay Island late last month.
Macleay Island police said two women, both aged 30, were issued with notices to appear at Cleveland Magistrates Court.
Police would allege one woman, set to appear on December 12, was found with dangerous drugs and utensils.
The other, appearing on December 20, was allegedly found with drugs utensils.
Road safety
Motorists have been issued infringement notices by police for not stopping at stop signs, failing to wear seatbelts and driving vehicles that were either defective or unregistered.
Macleay Island police said the drivers were nabbed by Capalaba Road Policing Unit police during a visit to the island on Monday, November 5 for road safety enforcement.
A 51-year-old man was allegedly caught by police drink-driving and driving unlicensed, with a 51-year-old man also nabbed for drink-driving.
