Police release photos of cars vandalised at Dunwich

VANDALS have used bright red paint to graffiti cars parked near a water taxi terminal at Dunwich.

A Queensland Police Service said at least four cars were targeted overnight on Tuesday.

Property was also stolen from two vehicles that were unlawfully entered.

Dunwich police said most of the cars targeted were parked in a grassed area near Yabby Street used by commuters.

One vehicle was parked in designated terminal parking.

Police said other cars may have also been damaged or unlawfully entered overnight on Tuesday, including those parked along Dunwich foreshore.

Vehicle owners were urged contact Policelink on 131 444 to make reports, police said.
