POLICE have released CCTV footage of two men entering a Tingalpa convenience store armed with a knife and axe.
A Queensland Police Service spokesperson said detectives released the footage in a bid to find out who the men were.
The spokesperson said the Wynnum Road store was robbed on Sunday about 4.40pm.
One man was armed with a knife and the other with an axe.
"The pair made demands for cash and cigarettes, and when the attendant complied, they fled the scene with a quantity of cash and cigarettes," the spokesperson said.
The spokesperson said the pair were seen leaving the store in a white 2003 to 2006 model Holden Rodeo.
The car had no number plates but did have a red P plate in the back window.
No one was physically injured as a result of the robbery, the spokesperson said.
"Police are appealing for anyone who recognises the vehicle or has further information to contact police," the spokesperson said.
"Investigations are continuing."
