The ANZ Cleveland branch has moved from Bloomfield Street to a shopfront at the Stockland Cleveland Shopping Centre.
ANZ customers wanting to bank money at night can deposit coins, cash and cheques into two automatic teller machines that also allow withdrawals.
The ATMs are near the Middle Street entrance to Stockland where the old Suncorp bank used to be.
Cleveland ANZ staff have since moved in, opening doors to their new digs for the first time on Wednesday last week.
Branch manager Erin Cunningham said the address at 90-91 Middle Street would be convenient.
The shopfront was in a high volume foot-traffic area, above Stockland Cleveland Shopping Centre car parking and facing Middle Street.
An ANZ spokesperson said that traditional teller barriers had been left out, with the space designed to encourage more liaison with customers.
"The new design is focused on creating spaces that encourage more in-depth customer conversations," the spokesperson said.
The old Cleveland ANZ branch at Bloomfield Street has closed.
The smaller shopfront at Middle Street has desks with screening to enable privacy.
A larger room has also been set up for customers wanting to find out more about mortgages and loans from Cheryl Sheather, who is celebrating her 30th year with the bank.
Ms Sheather also works out of Capalaba.
In September last year, the city's CBD lost the prominent Suncorp bank branch after more than a quarter of a century. It followed the closure of an NAB branch at Victoria Point in March and the ANZ Redland Bay branch in 2016.
Ms Cunningham said every customer who walked into the branch would be helped by staff.
"Yes, we have new digital machines but there will always be someone able to help," Ms Cunningham said. "Banking consultants can assist with transactions from start to finish."
The branch, which is staffed by five permanent employees.
Cleveland ANZ branch is at shop 67C, 90-91 Middle Street, Cleveland.
