REDLAND artist Leo Herreygers and his wife Jo Herreygers have opened a gallery on Bloomfield Street, Cleveland.
The Red Coast Art Gallery showcases paintings from around the Redlands, portraits of music legends and surreal art works.
Mr Herreygers has been a working artist in Queensland for 35 years.
After completing a degree in art in Brisbane he worked with Expo 88 to paint the piazza floor, DPI building and British pavilion.
Mr Herreygers has been a scenic artist for Scenery Makers Australia, Queensland Theatre Company, Queensland Ballet, Opera Queensland and Queensland Youth Ballet, and a scenic artist and sculptor for corporate staging and events projects.
The gallery is open to the public from Wednesday to Sunday from 10am to 4pm or by appointment.
The gallery is in a Queenslander at 335 Bloomfield Street, Cleveland.
