A MAN and woman in their seventies have been taken to hospital after a crash at Birkdale about 6.50am on Monday.
A Queensland Ambulance Services spokeswoman said the two people were initially encapsulated in the vehicle which crashed into bushland and landed on its side.
"They were taken to the Princess Alexandra Hospital in a stable condition," she said.
They had no visible injuries.
The crash occurred near the intersection of Birkdale and Old Cleveland roads.
On Friday evening paramedics transported a person with chest injuries to hospital after a vehicle crashed into a parked car on Sycamore Parade, Victoria Point about 7.55pm.
Three people had been able to remove themselves from the car before paramedics arrived.
Also on Friday, paramedics were called to a vehicle that had crashed into a fence on Spoonbill Street, Birkdale at 9.47pm.
A man in his 20s was taken in a stable condition to hospital.
