THE REDLANDS Coast Fun Run will return for a second year on Sunday, August 11 at 7am.
Registrations are open for the one, five and 10 kilometre events.
All races will begin and end in Raby Bay Harbour Park.
Redlands Coast Fun Run committee member Megan Warren said the run would benefit the community.
"We fundraise for different local charities," she said.
"Last year we gave to The Cage, Redlands Centre for Women and the Alex Hills Sycamore School.
"We also like holding it as a community event that encourages active lifestyles."
The Bayside Runners and Walkers social group started the run to replace the Koala Fun Run.
Ms Warren said there would be face painting and amusement rides for spectators.
Bay FM will play music during the event.
More than 800 people took part last year.
