REDLANDS BMX riders have been included in the Australian BMX World Championships team to tour Belgium this month.
Flying the Redlands flag will be Harry Williamson, Molly Williamson, Penni Allen, Harper Robins and Joe Tate of Redlands BMX Club.
Tate is the most senior member of the Redlands contingent, with all other riders to compete in junior events.
They will join Olympians Anthony Dean and Lauren Reynolds in a 120-strong Australian team.
Australian national team manager Luke Madill said the Redlands were producing a number of talented riders.
"Redlands and bayside clubs are doing a great job of preparing their riders and credit must go to everyone who has contributed to getting these riders over to Belgium in top shape," he said.
"Letitia Weatherhead (of Bayside BMX Club) in particular has been impressive over the last few years and I am looking forward to seeing her race the best in the world."
The world championships run for five days from Tuesday, July 23.
