NICK Dibbs has re-signed with Redlands United as part of the NPL coaching staff for 2020.
Dibbs re-signed as a first team coach and the under 20 head coach, working with NPL head first team coach Graham Ross for the 2020 NPL Queensland season.
Dibbs came in part way through the season with Graham Ross and worked to help turn around the first team's 2019 season after a not too illustrious start.
Dibbs said he was excited to again work closely with Ross and the first team and as head under 20 coach.
Redlands United technical director Graham Harvey said he was pleased to have Dibbs on board as the club needed to build much needed stability in the senior program.
"Nick knows the Redlands football community well and has formed a really good partnership with Rossy," Harvey said. "I think between the pair of them we can really start to get a much better link between our older NPL age groups and the first team."
Ross said he was pleased Dibbs had confirmed for the 2020 campaign.
"We have struck up a very good partnership this season and his knowledge of local players is second to none in the region," Ross said.
"Nick has a great football brain and is a very good coach. I have no doubt together we will be successful in 2020."
Redlands United club president Andy Bradley said he was thrilled with Dibb's appointment.
"This is great news for our club," Bradley said. "Nick has been a part of the club's coaching structure for quite a while now, through our NPL juniors up to our first team.
"The working partnership he has developed with Graham Ross is exceptional. The development of our up-and-coming young footballers through to the senior ranks is clearly a passion shared by Nick and Graham Ross.
"We are thrilled to have Nick Dibbs back to help guide our up-and-coming youngsters in season 2020."
