Hanna Miley and her team know how to make the moments matter and the memories last, and when the time comes to celebrate a life, they are proud to be able to help families honour the memories that truly matter.
A question Hanna is often asked is how did you get into the funeral industry?
18 months ago, Hanna lost her father and having organised his funeral with George Hartnett Metropolitan Funerals, she found something in that process rather comforting, natural and compassionate, qualities and values that resonated strongly with Hanna.
Hanna's has a strong desire to help people in their time of grief, and leaving a lasting positive impact on someone's life by delivering an exceptional personalised service.
Before joining the funeral industry, Hanna has over 20 years' experience in event management where she has developed exceptional communication skills and a keen attention to detail.
Hanna and her team work alongside families from Cleveland and the surrounding suburbs of Ormiston, Thornlands, Wellington Point, Alexandra Hills and Victoria Point.
The team at Cleveland supports the local RSL, Rugby Club and Chamber of Commerce in Cleveland as well as local schools, nursing homes and churches.

Saving with a Prepaid Funeral Plan
Planning your own funeral or memorial service can provide peace of mind and could also mean you safeguard more of your pension to enjoy in your retirement.
A prepaid funeral takes the responsibility away from your family and gives you the reassurance everything has been set to your wishes. It is paid for at today's prices and incurs no further costs when the holder of the prepaid contract dies.
Not only a sound financial decision, a prepaid funeral also allows you to plan the service you want and protect your family from emotional and financial hardship.
George Hartnett Metropolitan Funerals has the expertise to assist you with all elements of planning for your own service.
Decisions around flowers, music, readings, speakers, and colour schemes are just some of the decisions to make.
The team can work with you to create a service that feels special to you, including religious or cultural traditions.
- *Some may leave decisions to family to make at the time of the funeral. These additions will need to be paid at the time of the funeral service.
