Pedestrian struck by vehicle at Birkdale

A TEENAGER has been transported to Queensland Children's Hospital in a stable condition following a single vehicle accident at Birkdale.
A Queensland Ambulance Service spokeswoman said the teenager sustained lower leg injuries when he was knocked by a car at the corner of Quarry Road and Charles Street about 8am.

PARAMEDICS are assessing a teenager for leg injuries after a single vehicle accident at Birkdale.
It is understood a car hit the teenager about 8am this morning.
A Queensland Ambulance Service spokeswoman said no one had yet been taken to hospital.
