Queensland Fire and Emergency Services has advised the bushfire near Spicers Peak Lodge continues to burn and conditions could get worse.
There is a separate bushfire warning for Mount Alphen and residents should refer to that bushfire warning to determine what action they should take.
The advice is to follow your bushfire survival plan.
If you do not have a plan, or intend to leave, you should be ready to leave the area because QFES says the situation could get worse quickly.
Aat 1.45pm the bushfire burning near Spicers Gap was travelling south from Spicers Gap towards Spicers Peak Lodge.
The fire is not directly impacting properties at this time, however this could change quickly and those who haven't already left, should be ready to leave.
Fire crews are monitoring the blaze and are working with heavy machinery to construct fire breaks.
Firefighters may not be able to protect every property.

QFES urges people in the area to be ready to follow their bushfire survival plan.
Those who do not have a plan, or intend to leave, should be ready to leave the area because the situation could get worse quickly.
At 10.20am the bushfire was travelling in a south-westerly direction from Spicers Gap towards Spicers Peak Lodge.
The fire is not directly impacting properties at this time, however this could change quickly and those who haven't already left, should be ready to leave.
Residents are reminded the Cunningham Highway is currently closed at Cunningham Gap due to this fire.

A fire burning at Clumber and Spicers Gap has travelled overnight towards Spicers Peak Lodge ahead of what many say could be the most dangerous fire day since Binna Burra was destroyed in September.
This comes after authorities evacuated prisoners from the Palen Creek Correctional Centre yesterday to escape the same fire.
QFES advised people to be ready to follow their bushfire survival plans.
Those without a bushfire survival plan or intended to leave were asked to be ready to leave the area because the situation could get worse quickly.
Currently as at 5.55am the large, fast moving bushfire is burning in inaccessible land in Mount Barney National Park.
The fire is travelling in a north-easterly direction towards Barney View and Palen Creek.
It is likely to impact Barney View, Palen Creek and areas south to the Queensland border. The Mount Lindesay Highway is currently closed south of Rathdowney.
Police are on scene managing traffic.
Those choosing to self-evacuate should travel north towards Rathdowney.

The Clumber fire has advanced towards Spicers Peak Lodge, with QFES issuing a Leave Now alert at 3.40am today.
QFES advised that conditions were getting worse.
They advised people to follow their bushfire plans and in the absence of a bushfire plan to leave immediately if it was safe to do so.
QFES advised residents not to return to their homes because conditions were too dangerous.
At 3.40am the fire was burning near Spicers Gap and moving south-west towards Spicers Peak Lodge.
The fire is likely to have an impact on Spicers Peak Lodge.
Residents should leave via Wilkinson Road.
