
A car stolen in a break-in at Cleveland last night has been recovered.
Police found the white Ford Mustang this morning at Loganlea.
It had been taken from a house in Marram Court, Cleveland.
Senior Constable Luke Taylor, from Cleveland Police Station, said the car had been spotted driving around the area, before it was dumped.
"Police are appealing for information in relation to the theft," Sen Const Taylor said.
Boat stolen
A boat, trailer and outboard motor were stolen from a house in Thornlands on Friday afternoon.
The boat was stolen while the occupants of the Plover Drive address were out.
Fishing rods, crab pots and snorkelling equipment was in the boat when it was taken.
The owners, Wayne and Chrissy Stanley, said they had been left devastated by the theft.
The trailer's registration number is 162 QUA.
Neighbours reported seeing a silver Holden Commodore sedan towing the boat down the couple's driveway.
