THE team at Mater Private Hospital Redland kicked up their heels for the annual Christmas party earlier this month, enjoying music, food and some healthy competition with their colleagues.
Food services team leader Troy Hazel put on an impressive spread of Christmas ham, chicken, salads and a fruity pavlova for dessert.
A spokeswoman said the most anticipated event for the Christmas party was the door decorating competition.
"Each ward decorates their doors and the best one is named a winner and receives bragging rights for the rest of the year," she said.
"The team in PCU1 stepped things up with a Christmas song they wrote themselves. Needless to say they took the top prize and will be the ones to beat next year."
