Friendships, creativity and community spirit define Russell Island Community Arts and we are working hard to develop new and exciting ventures for our Bay Island community in 2020.
Entry forms for the RICArts Smell the Coffee, Bay Island Art Competition in May are now available from our contact details below.
Open to any medium, patchworking, sculpture, ceramics, painting, print making, pottery, mosaics and more, let your brilliant ideas emerge about coffee and its culture.
The next Market and Car Boot Sale is on Sunday, February 16 at the Farm, Art House and Gallery, 8am to 12pm. Bring your craft wares, plants and bric a brac and set up a stall. Children, family and friends can enjoy our Devonshire scones, sausage sizzle and a wander through the gallery.
Make a lantern for the island's Paper Lantern Parade and Bonfire - Winter Solstice 2020. RICArts will run more lantern making workshops for kids and mums and dads.
We can also run workshops at your premises for clubs and businesses who'd like to have their own big lantern for the parade.
