POLICE have charged a 35-year-old man with two offences after eight chicks were allegedly found dead at a Thornlands property this week.
Police will allege the chickens were killed in their coop at a suburban home on the morning of Monday, June 22.
A local man was arrested and charged with unlawful killing (chickens) and trespass later that day and is due to face Cleveland Magistrates Court on July 23.
