The Endeavour Foundation's Op shop at 9A/11 Dollery Road, Capalaba will re open on August 3 as a Link Vision store.

Endeavour Foundation chose not to re open its Op shops after closure at the end of March due to COVID-19.

But given the popularity and lay out of the Capalaba store, Endeavour Foundation handed it on to Link Vision which has kept staff, volunteers and stock.

Sales and Marketing manager for Endeavour Foundation Steve Waters said Link Vision shared many Endeavour Foundation goals, supporting people with a disability to lead more independent lives.

"This is great news for the Capalaba community as it means their beloved retail store will continue to offer high quality clothing and bric-a-brac at affordable prices," Mr Waters said.

Mr Waters said Endeavour Foundation and Link Vision had worked closely together to ensure a smooth transition.

"All stock will be transferred as part of the transition to Link Vision, which means no donations will be wasted. Endeavour Foundation has enjoyed an excellent relationship with Link Vision for many years and we can think of no better organisation to take on the Capalaba op shop and make a go of it," he said.
