A new storage, solar installation and portable soccer goals are among the purchases local community groups will make with more than $323,000 in Gambling Fund money allocated to the Redlands.
Redlands MP Kim Richards said 13 groups across the Redlands had been chosen to receive a boost in the latest round of the state government's Gambling Community Benefit Fund.
"For many of our wonderful community groups, without this funding ... these projects and purchases simply wouldn't happen," said Ms Richards.
"Many groups had been awarded funding to upgrade their facilities and purchase new equipment.
"Projects like these have flow on effects not only for the people who use them but by the local jobs and industry they support.
"Supporting community groups and sporting groups to get projects like these underway supports local jobs, and backing local jobs is key to Queensland's plan for economic recovery."

Attorney-General Yvette D'Ath said the latest Gambling Community Benefit Fund would provide $14.6 million worth of grants to 586 community and sporting groups in Queensland.
"Some organisations have had to delay or extend the timeline for their events, purchases or projects as a result of COVID-19," she said.
"So many organisations rely on the funding this program delivers for things ranging from the purchase of vehicles or musical and sound equipment, the construction of sporting change rooms or to hold trail running events.
"They help keep Queenslanders connected in these challenging times and bring communities together."
The GCBF grants are worth between $500 and $35,000 and applications are open to not-for-profit organisations.
The grants are merit-based and funding is allocated by an independent panel.

- Macleay Island Bowls Club - solar installation - $24,506
- Little Ships Club Queensland Squadron - new generator - $20,502
- Point Lookout Surf Club - rain tanks - $13,915
- Coolnwynpin State School P&C - chilled bubblers - $13,909.50
- Redlands Sea Dragons dragon boat club - new trailers - $13,500
- Bay Islands Auto Club - trailer and equipment - $13,125
