A 38-year-old man was caught twice in one month by Macleay Island police.
Police said the man was issued on July 4 and 19 was with two separate notices to appear for unlicensed and drink driving offences
He is due to appear in Cleveland Magistrates Court on August 31.
Property offences
On July 24 unknown offenders allegedly entered a locked house and removed a large quantity of gold jewellery from a house in Columbia Street.

Drug offences
On July 9 a 27-year-old man was issued with a notice to appear for drug related offences.
He is expected to appear in Cleveland Magistrates Court on August 13.
On July 16 a 45-year-old Macleay Island man was issued a notice to appear for drug and driving related offences.
He will appear in Cleveland Magistrates Court on August 27.
Traffic
Police issued four infringement notices for driving an unregistered or uninsured vehicle and 15 infringement notices for offences related to speeding and parking.
Domestic violence
Police investigated four domestic violence incidents in July.
