MACLEAY Island police investigated a hit and run traffic incident on Scotts Road on August 17.
A 20-year-old Macleay Island man was issued a notice to appear for alleged dangerous driving of a vehicle. He will appear in the Cleveland Magistrates Court on September 24.
Property offences
Between July 25 and August 8, unknown offenders entered an address in Beelong Street, Macleay Island.

Drug offences
On August 7 a 32-year-old Macleay Island woman was issued a notice to appear for allegedly possessing utensils and possessing property suspected in commission of a drug offence.
She will appear in the Cleveland Magistrates Court on September 8, to have the matter heard.
A 17-year-old Macleay Island boy was charged with trafficking in dangerous drugs and possess dangerous drugs exceeding schedule on August 11.
He will appear in the Cleveland Children's Court at a later date.
A 17-year-old Mount Cotton boy was charged with possess knuckledusters.
He will appear in the Cleveland Children's Court at a later date.
Good order offence
A 39-year-old Macleay Island man was issued a public nuisance infringement notice for an incident which allegedly occurred on August 25.
Traffic
On August 8 a 23-year-old Macleay Island man was issued an infringement notice for wilfully making unnecessary noise or smoke. His vehicle plates were seized for 90 days.
On August 15, a 53-year-old Macleay Island man was issued a notice to appear for driving whilst over the middle alcohol limit. He will appear in the Cleveland Magistrates Court on August 31.
A 20-year-old man was issued a notice to appear for allegedly driving without due care and attention on August 28. He will appear in the Cleveland Magistrates on September 14.
Macleay Island Police issued 18 infringement notices for offences of speeding, unregistered and uninsured vehicles and parking offences.
