Tickets to see an extra 10.30am show are now being sold for The Gruffalo's Child, coming to the Redland Performing Arts Centre on October 18.
There are single seats only available to see the shows at 1pm and 4pm. Capacity is limited so early booking is advised.
The Gruffalo's Child is a sequel to The Gruffalo and follows the adventurous mission in a magical musical adaptation of the much-loved picture book.
One wild and windy night the Gruffalo's Child ignores her father's warnings about the Big Bad Mouse and tiptoes out into the deep dark wood.
The story is a wonderful blend of imagination and reality, coming from the team that also broughtThe Gruffalo, Room on the Broom and The 13-, 26-, 52-, 78- and 91-Storey Treehouses. It combines physical theatre, music and puppetry to deliver songs, laughs and scary fun for children aged three and up, and their adults.
The show runs for 55 minutes with no interval.
Tickets are adults $25, seniors and pensioners $22, chidlren $20 and a family pass of two adults and two chidlren $80. Babies under one year are free on the knee.
