TWO Redlands artists will exhibit their works at the Yurara Art Gallery in Thornlands next month.
The exhibition of watercolours, pastels and acrylic paintings by emerging artists Philip van Niekerk and Gillian Goldsworthy will be on November 7 and 8.
Mr van Niekerk, a watercolourist from Ormiston draws inspiration from local land and seascapes, as well as his travels around Australia.
His works feature in several private collections locally and in his native South Africa.
Ms Goldsworthy is known for her award winning pastels featuring semi abstract scenes with an ethereal quality.
She has competed several commissions and is fast developing into a much in demand artist.
"We want to show the works rarely seen by others - paintings that show what matters to us , and to hopefully resonate with others" said Mr van Niekerk.
Framed and unframed works will be on sale at the exhibition.
The exhibition will open at 10am until 3pm at the Cleveland Redland Bay Road gallery.
