RUSSELL Island police have investigated 24 domestic violence incidents during September and October.
This is 13 more cases than August. Last month police reported six domestic violence cases.
Drug offences
A 32-year-old man was issued a notice to appear for possessing dangerous drugs and possessing utensils and is due to appear at Cleveland Magistrates Court today.
A 37-year-old man was issued a notice to appear for possessing dangerous drugs and possessing utensils and is due to appear at Cleveland Magistrates Court on November 9.
A 58-year-old man was issued a notice to appear for possessing dangerous drugs and possessing utensils and is due to appear at Cleveland Magistrates Court on November 3.
A 20-year-old man was issued a notice to appear for possess dangerous drugs at Cleveland Magistrates Court on November 3.
A 44-year-old woman was issued a notice to appear for learner driver unaccompanied and failure to dispose and is due to appear at Cleveland Magistrates Court on the November 3.
On October 19, police executed a search warrant in Seaward Drive and a 36-year-old man was issued a notice to appear for alleged produce dangerous drugs, possess dangerous drugs, possess utensils and several other charges and is due to appear at Cleveland Magistrates Court on November 12.
Property offences
Police are investigating five burglaries this month:

Traffic
On October 5, a 41-year-old woman was issued a notice to appear for drink driving at Cleveland Magistrates Court on November 3.
On the October 20, an 80-year-old man was issued a notice to appear for drink driving at Cleveland Magistrates Court on November 16.
Police issued six infringement notices for offences of speeding and parking.
Good Order offence
A 22-year-old man from Russell Island was issued an infringement notice for public nuisance on October 23.
