Sportsbet places Holey Moley as $1.25 favourite to hit a hole-in-one ahead of The Amazing Race

HOLEY Moley, the golf game show filmed in Thornlands hits the screen tonight and is expected to dominate the ratings battle against The Amazing Race.

Sportsbet has placed Holey Moley as a $1.25 favourite to hit a hole-in-one and out rate The Amazing Race ($4).

In a three-way battle Holey Moley ($1.35) also tops the chart ahead of Married At First Sight ($4) and the Amazing Race at $7.50.

Married At First Sight is also $1.75 favourite to be the highest rating reality show this year. Holey Moley is $2.95 and The Block $5 is just ahead of Lego Masters $7.50.

"MAFS severely underperformed in the reunion show, but we expect the new season to again be popular. Previews of Holey Moley has been given a lot of air time and it should also be a very popular show,'' said Sportsbet's Rich Hummerston.

The noise during the filming of Holey Moley caused angst among the Thornlands community, with locals complaining of being kept awake until 4am.
