FOUR Redlands United juniors have progressed from last season's under 20s to sign their first senior contracts as part of the club's 2021 National Premier League squad.
Jamie Dibbs, 18, and Ryan Hughes, 19, both midfield players, have played for Redlands United since early ages.
Connor Mather and Angus Broderick progressed from the club's NPL junior ranks to earn their places in the Red Devils squad.
Redlands United NPL assistant coach Nick Dibbs said it was great to see promising players coming through the club's system.

"Angus and Connor have been at the club since under 15, Jamie since under 6 and Ryan under 8," he said.
"All experienced some first team last season and we are looking forward to seeing them push for more in 2021."
NPL head coach Richard Greer said he was excited to welcome the youngsters into the first team for the 2021 season.
"They have all worked hard over the years to develop their game," Greer said.
"They deserve this opportunity. As a club I believe it is important we develop within and promote our juniors into seniors as much as possible."
Redlands United technical director Graham Harvey said pathways to the top level for young players at the club had never been brighter.
"It is a testament to their hard work and dedication that affords them this exciting opportunity," he said.
"Their footballing journey now begins, and they must continue to apply themselves to the fullest in order to break into the first team consistently.
"It would be remiss not to mention all coaches that have played a pivotal role in their development, in particular Nick Dibbs whose guidance and mentoring of these young men has been phenomenal."
Club president Ben Brock said there was no better feeling than celebrating the success of junior players making the first team, which is also the second tier of football in Australia.
"As a club we would like to congratulate Jamie, Ryan, Conner and Angus on signing their first contract for an NPL first team," Brock said.
"The players and their families have been loyal supporters of the club and we wish them every success in 2021 and we hope to celebrate many wins with them.
"The club has produced many champions throughout its history and this shows a clear pathway for all our juniors from little devils upwards.
"Once again we say well done on this fine achievement."
