A THORNLANDS man who fled a pub after being busted taking drugs had to return to the scene after finding he had left his wallet behind.
Security allegedly found the 19-year-old taking drugs in the Stradbroke Island Beach Hotel toilet at 7.45pm on Saturday.
He returned to the venue when he discovered he had dropped his wallet, which by then had allegedly been found by security.

P plater loses control at Amity
A 19-year-old P plater was issued a ticket after losing control of their vehicle on Beehive Road on Thursday.
Police allege the driver was travelling towards Amity when they lost control of their four-wheel-drive on a bend.
The driver overcorrected and the car rolled across the opposite lane before coming to a stop just off the road.
The driver provided a negative breath test but was fined for failing to have proper control of the vehicle.
"It is obvious that speed and/or distraction played a part in this crash," Sergeant Scanlan said.
"The P plater drives this road daily and was very lucky. I hope they learn from this incident."
