Scenic Rim's Eat Local Week starts Saturday and organisers warn that with all the good food on offer, people attending should go for stretchy pants and ditch the diet.
The week marks 10 years of flavour with more than 125 events at 48 locations from June 26 to July 4.
It is the biggest program in the event's 10 year history and ranges from fancy cheeses to "jammin' with the lambies" to a day down on the farm picking carrots.
