Springwood's Amanda Spratt is set to compete at her third Olympics, after being selected for the Australian cycling team that will take on the world in Tokyo.
The 33-year-old will compete in the Woman's Road Race.
Spratt previously donned the Olympic green and gold in London in 2012 and Rio in 2016.
She said it felt amazing to have been selected once again.
"It's always such a special feeling to come together as a national team," Spratt said.
"The last three to four years have been my best yet... Tokyo has been a huge goal for a few years and we have a very strong Australian team heading there.
"I already travelled to Tokyo in July, 2019, to ride the course and experience the very hot and humid conditions so I feel well prepared."

Spratt said she thinks her experience from the past two Olympics will definitely assist in her approach to Tokyo.
"The Olympics is such a huge event for us as athletes and something most dream of," she said. "That can be an overwhelming experience, but I feel that I am a lot calmer heading into Tokyo.
"Over the last years I have built a really strong support group around me, so I feel confident I will be in the best place both physically and mentally to perform at my best."
