PREMIER Annastacia Palaszczuk visited Crestmead this morning, announcing one new locally acquired virus case and renewing calls for people to get vaccinated.
The latest community case was the 10-year-old brother of a four-year-old girl who tested positive on the weekend and is linked to the Beenleigh cluster.
Ms Palaszczuk, speaking at Metcash Export Services, said authorities were not worried about the case as the boy had been in home quarantine.
"Our message again is, if you haven't been vaccinated, go and get vaccinated," she said.

Federal government data shows 42.9 per cent of people in Logan have had the first jab, while 26.5 per cent are fully vaccinated.
Treasurer Cameron Dick urged people to protect themselves and their families, warning it was inevitable the delta strain would make its way to Queensland.
"We heard earlier this week very sadly and very tragically, a 20-year-old unvaccinated man in New South Wales passed away," he said.
"When delta comes knocking on your door, will you be ready and will you be prepared?
"The single best way to be prepared is to roll up your sleeve ... and get a vaccination."
Staff at Crestmead's Metcash Export Services have been rolling up their sleeves for the jab.
Ms Palaszczuk said 75 per cent of the more than 600 workers had been vaccinated.
"Since we started targeting our retail and distribution networks, we have vaccinated more than 3520 workers," Ms Palaszczuk said.
"I am very encouraged with these record results that Queensland Health is receiving, that people understand that we need to get vaccinated as quickly as possible."
Mr Dick labelled Logan the engine of south-east Queensland in praising Metcash staff for their work during the pandemic.
"The work that is carried out here is absolutely critical to the functioning of business and the good functioning of the Queensland economy," he said.
"The work that is conducted here cannot be phoned in, you can't do it from home, you can't do it remotely and you can't do it in a Zoom call.
"The workers here have been working every single day in this distribution warehouse to keep good being distributed around Queensland.
"If the workers here don't turn up to work, there is no food in your fridge and no groceries in your pantry."
