POLICE say they have seen almost all fatal five driver behaviours on Straddie over the holidays, with P platers losing their licences for speeding and a motorist caught cramming five children into the back of a car.
Infringement notices have also been issued for minors consuming alcohol, public urination and public nuisance, as students lap up the island for pre-schoolies celebrations.
The majority of student holiday-makers have been enjoying their time away responsibly, with no serious offences like assault reported to police.
But young red P plate drivers have found themselves in hot water, including a 19-year-old Runcorn man caught travelling 26km/h over the limit on Sovereign Road at Amity Point.

It is alleged a 15-year-old boy and 16-year-old girl committed the offences after they were found drunk on the street late at night.
Sergeant Darren Scanlan said police would maintain a high-visibility presence to stop anti-social behaviour and keep the community safe.
"We liaise with local real estate agents who do a great job in restricting their properties being let to groups of school aged children," he said.
"Schools across the Brisbane region also provided education packages to advise their students of the behaviour expected if they attend North Stradbroke Island on the holidays with their friends."
Sergeant Scanlan said police would call a child's parent if they committed an offence.
"Many parents are very appreciative of the call and hope it acts as a wake up call for their child," he said.
Several drivers have been caught drink driving in the past week, including a 21-year-old P plater who blew .048.
Sergeant Scanlan said several people had been caught doing dumb things during the holidays.
"You have a grandfather putting his grandkids at risk by not having them safely buckled up in child seats," he said.
"Red P platers losing their licences straight up for ignoring speed limits and people thinking they can sneak home after a few drinks and won't get caught."
