Police are investigating five break and enters at pubs and clubs at Redlands, Logan and Beaudesert, all believed to be linked.
At 1.45am on Tuesday the front doors of the Cleveland Bowls Club on Middle Street were forced open, causing significant damage to the building.
Six people left the scene in a 2017 Lexus and a 2016 Subaru Outback a short time later.
At 2.30am a licensed venue at Ormeau was broken into, with poker machines damaged and cash taken.
The same two cars were pictured at the scene.
After 3am the rear doors of club on William Street at Beaudesert were forced open and a number of poker machines inside were damaged.
Masked thieves also stole cash and bottles of alcohol from the venue before fleeing in the Lexus and Subaru.
Police believe people from the same two vehicles smashed through the front glass doors of a licensed premises on Tamborine Oxenford Road at Wongawallan shortly before 4am.
They also damaged poker machine, and stole cash and alcohol.
An hour later, police say the same occupants of the two vehicles smashed glass to get into another licensed premises on Pascoe Road at Ormeau, again targeting poker machines and cash before leaving in the same cars.
The vehicles were dumped and set on fire at the end of Ada Street, Coopers Plains.
The group was seen fleeing the scene in a black SUV from Delph Street.
Police say the vehicles were stolen from Algester and Mount Warren Park on November 29.
