NSW has recorded more than 10,000 new cases of COVID-19 and 10 more virus-related deaths.
The number of positive cases - 10,017 - is up by 551 from Friday when 9466 people tested positive.
There 995 patients in NSW hospitals due to COVID, officials say, and 45 of them are being treated in intensive care.
Of the latest infections, 6622 were detected using rapid antigen kits, while 3395 came via PCR lab tests.
Of the population aged 16 and over, nearly 96 per cent have now received a first dose of a COVID-19 vaccine in NSW and 94.4 per cent have received two doses so far.
Some 55.4 per cent of eligible people have also received a booster dose.
