REDLAND Mayor Karen Williams joined leading jeweller Stephen Dibb to celebrate the 25th anniversary of his business. Loyal and supportive customers toasted the occasion with champagne in Stephen Dibb Jeweller's Cleveland studio on November 20. The evening also showcased their latest handcrafted jewellery pieces from the new catalogue.
