Simon had a breakthrough season following a move to the Redlands Tigers from Gold Coast.
He won Redlands' best and fairest award, the Eddie Santaguiliana Cup, as well as the Don Seccombe Shield for the club batting aggregate.
Simon's Peter Burge Medal tally of 56 points was the highest since the new scoring system was introduced in 2010-11, incorporating two-day, one-day and T20 match formats.
Across all formats Simon tallied an incredible 790 runs and 40 wickets.
Originally from Lismore, Simon praised the work of Tigers' club coach Nick Hurford and past Gold Coast mentor Daniel Doran in his victory speech.
Other award winners included Redlands groundsman John McFarlane who received the major groundsman's award for the second year in a row and most runs in the Lord's Taverners under 16 competition went Liam Smith.
The Redlands Club also received the overall Spirit of Cricket Award.
