Bikes large and small, from the v8 Boss Hoss to the 50cc Honda Z50 and the ubiquitous red Postie Bike were on display on Sunday, July 20 as the Club Laverda held its Concourse show at the Cleveland Showgrounds.
With the age and variety of bikes on show, judging is not on originality. Judging is based on overall appearance, dirt and grease do not attract demerit points when the bike is ridden to the show. When two bikes are judged to be equal in a class, the bike that is ridden to the show gets precedence and named the winner.
There is a class for almost everything. Japanese, continental, outfits, classics and specials are all judged on the day.
