A SECURITY camera installed to catch a vandal has been stolen on the day it was installed.

The camera was installed on Friday and was stolen from the Ormiston house before 7am the next morning.
The camera was put up on the advice of police because the resident’s car had been repeatedly damaged while parked in the Delancey Street driveway.
Police hoped the offender would be identified through the installation of the security camera.
