Fidelity Hearing Centre was founded in 2015 by Wesley and Sandi Ong, an audiologist husband and wife team who have a combined 13 years of audiology experience between them.
The company was formed upon the belief that clients should be entitled to receive unbiased, interpersonal audiological services without the pressures of a large corporation whilst maintaining affordable and transparent pricing for the latest in hearing aid technology.
From humble beginnings in the Lockyer Valley, Fidelity Hearing Centre has grown to several locations spanning from the shores of Brisbane’s Bayside to Toowoomba - Queensland’s “Garden City”.

In 2016, Fidelity Hearing Centre welcomed Trinette Walmsley to the team.
