POLICE have charged 11 people with drug offences in a week, including three people who had been seen leaving a drug rehabilitation centre at Thornlands.
Police alleged that one man, a 36-year-old resident at the centre, had concealed drugs in his buttocks.
Police said the man was in a vehicle that was searched by police at Woodlands Drive on Monday evening.
They will allege in court that they found white powder and drug paraphernalia in the car.
After arresting the man, they also found a bag of white powder that was concealed in his buttocks.
The man was in custody to appear at Cleveland Magistrates Court on May 30.
A 48-year-old man and a 38-year-old woman, both of Thornlands, were arrested on drugs charges on Springacre Road about 7.45pm on Wednesday.
Police said the pair were observed leaving a drug rehabilitation centre at Woodlands Drive.
They will allege ice, a glass pipe, syringes and a knife were found during a search.
The two are to appear at Cleveland Magistrates Court on June 29.
A 46-year-old man and an 18-year-old man were arrested allegedly in possession of $2010 cash and drugs near the Birkdale train station about 5am on Thursday.
Police arrested a 28-year-old man and a 27-year-old woman, both of Birkdale, after executing a search warrant at a house about 10am on May 16.
Police will allege they found ice, ecstasy, heroin, prescription medication and drug paraphernalia during the search.

Police will allege they found ice and prescription medication under the steering wheel column in her car, tablets wrapped in plastic fell out from her underwear and a glass pipe was found during a search.

A 20-year-old NSW man was charged with drug offences after he was searched by police who found him walking on Birkdale Road about 12.45am on Wednesday.
Police said they found cannabis and digital scales in a car they searched at Shore Street West, Cleveland about 4.30pm on Wednesday.
They charged a 24-year-old Thornlands man, who will appear at Cleveland Magistrates Court on June 20.
