Zombies will be heading to Victoria Point State High School for performances of Zombie Prom on Sunday, June 25.
The performance is by Rockit Production, a musical theatre training program and features its students from Years 9 to 12.
Zombie Prom offers teenage romance, nuclear zombies and a tyrannical school principal.
The main character Toffee is forced by her father to break up with her bad boy boyfriend, Jonny. Jonny takes off on his motorbike into the local nuclear reactor. he returns green and glowing and determined to reclaim Toffee’s heart.
This off Broadway musical features a rock 'n' roll score of original 50's tunes.
It comes to the school’s Kev McKenniarey Performing Arts Centre, at 93 Benfer Road with performances at 2pm and 7pm.
