Police search for man missing at Thornlands is successful

AN elderly man reported missing from Thornlands has been found safe and well.

Police said thanked the media and members of the public for their assistance.

September 20:

Police need help to find an 88-year-old man missing from bayside Thornlands.

John Owens was last seen at 8am at his Beddoe Street home.

Mr Owens has a medical condition and may be disorientated or confused.

He is described as Caucasian in appearance, 168cm tall of slim build with grey-white hair.

His whereabouts are unknown however he has connections with the Camp Hill area on Brisbane’s eastside.

Anyone who has seen Mr Owens or has further information is urged to contact police.
