BUILDER Plantation Homes has won a Master Builders Queensland award for a Thornlands display home, the $550,000-plus Majestic Lux Q1.
It was one of four awards the builder won at the housing and construction state awards, including the president’s awards for the Retreat Nouveau Q1 at Yarrabilba, southwest of Brisbane and the Provence 53 at Rochedale on Brisbane’s southside.
The Queensland Master Builders awards are based on innovation, quality and craftsmanship.
Plantation Homes marketing manager Amanda Reilly said the four awards reflected the company’s commitment to building good homes at a good price.
“Our suite of display homes boasts a high level of inclusions, quality and aspirational features, that our customers can expect when they build with us, and to be acknowledged by Master Builders Queensland, is a great achievement for us,” she said.
“The Majestic Lux Q1, for example, with five bedrooms and five stunning living areas, is smart, spacious and luxurious, where family living is elevated to a whole new level.”
The National Master Builder Awards will be announced in November.
