Rose Rainbow is a family owned early learning centre for children from 15 months to 12 years.
It believes building close relationships with children, and families, provides the foundation for planning rich and varied learning opportunities, fostering capable and confident learners. Qualified teachers and educators bring their experience from primary schools and early childhood education to involve children in learning based on their strengths, interests and priorities.
Close partnerships with local schools ensure smooth and seamless transitions for children. Rose Rainbow works with The Sycamore School, MyHorizon, Inclusion Support Services and parents to support successful inclusion of children in the centre, OSHC and vacation care program.

Within the Rose Rainbow learning community there is an emphasis on aspirational learning and challenge which ignites children’s curiosity, imagination and creativity. Children become active agents in planning their own learning pathways.
The focus includes learning through play, ‘hand’s on’ discovery through widening children’s world, experiences and deep understandings.
Rose Rainbow offers stimulating learning environments and resources for meaningful engagement and developing skills and dispositions of life-long learners. Foundational literacy and numeracy, developing language, physical skills and social abilities are some of the key learning areas.
The centre has large natural play spaces for children to run, kick a ball, dig, ride bikes, climb and explore nature. The outdoor area incorporates an area called 'the village’ with a vegetable patch, chicken pen, play fort, yarning circle, huts, sandpit and mud kitchen.

This year’s major production is Roald Dahl’s ‘Cinderella’ performed by children at the centre and students from the Alexandra Hills State School community.
