Ludy Sigrist presents his life and music of Neil Diamond at the Lingo Lin theatre at Ormiston College at 3pm on May 12.
The concert follows the sell out success of two earlier tribute shows, held at Birkdale in October and Bulimba in March.
Show director and keyboard player Alan Beard said the shows received a standing ovation and three encores.
“We have worked hard to reproduce the authenticity of Neil Diamond, copying him exactly anbd playing close attention,” Mr Beard said.
“Audiences like Ludy from the minute he walks on stage. Perhaps they can see his genuine adoration for the music of Neil Diamond.”
Sigrist, of Wellington Point is backed by a seven piece band including two backing vocalists including keyboard player Donna MacGrath, drummer Pat Robbinbs, guitarist Paul Carroll, bass player Dehlia Brown and vocalists Leah Lever and Sarah Baroutsis.
“We’re all Redland people and showcase the talent that is in this area. The show has been very well received,” Mr Beard said.
Tickets are $35, $25 and $15 and can be booked on amapentertainment.com or phone 0408 750 963.
