The donation was a share of the money raised from the sale of the calendar at branches across southern Queensland.
The bank started the calendar in 1982, choosing a prominent Queensland house to feature each year to celebrate local architecture.
The calendar is distributed for a gold coin donation and proceeds are donated to charities in southern Queensland.
Night Ninjas founder Alix Russo said the $4000 would give a big boost to the group’s efforts to tackle homelessness in the Redlands.
They would stock up on survival packs for people who find themselves homeless.
“The packs contain non-perishable food, towels, underwear, tracksuits, toiletries, sleeping bags, tents and tarps,” Ms Russo said.
“Night Ninjas Inc is a non-profit group that relies on the support of the local community to carry out its great work in the local area.”
