JAYDE Beutel has become an expert at somersaulting her way to podium finishes after picking up four national medals.
The 16-year-old was named Australia’s best level nine vaulter and earned silver for her bar and beam routines.
She was also bestowed the title of overall runner-up best women’s artistic gymnast for her level at the Australian championships last month in Melbourne, helping her state team secure gold.

Jayde said she trained 22 hours every week to develop her gymnastics skills.
It was something she was passionate about and hoped to turn into a career as a globe-trotting coach.
“Although it takes up a lot of time it is my biggest passion and I enjoy every bit of it,” she said.
“Of course the biggest highlight was winning the team gold for Queensland in level nine.”
Jayde was joined in Melbourne by fellow Victoria Point YMCA gymnast Stephanie Zeilinga, who helped her level 10 team win silver.
Premier Gymnastics’ Kirsten Burger, 15, won gold for bars, was named as a level eight runner-up and helped her team win gold.
Birkdale girl Doreen Chiang, 13, won bronze for vault and a level seven team gold.
