BUSES will replace train services as track maintenance works are carried out later this month.
Queensland Rail has advised buses will take commuters from Murarrie to the city from 2am on Saturday, July 21 until the last train service on Sunday, July 22.
Most lines will be affected by the maintenance works, which include reconditioning at Yeronga, ballast replacement at Indooroopilly and rail replacement between Park Road and South Brisbane.
Buses will also ferry train passengers travelling between Cleveland and Murarrie later that week, as track maintenance is carried out from about 9.30pm on both Tuesday, July 24 and Wednesday, July 25.
Queensland Rail advised buses would operate until the last scheduled train service on both nights.
