DRINK-DRIVING: The woman was found parked at Macquarie Street by police, where she recorded a blood alcohol content of 0.2 per cent.
A 40-YEAR-OLD Victoria Point woman who allegedly drove 40km in an 80km zone while four times the legal limit has been charged with high range drink driving.
Police said the woman was intercepted on Saturday, July 21 about 11.30pm after calls were received about a car being driven under the speed limit.
The woman was found parked at Macquarie Street by police, where she recorded a blood alcohol content of 0.2 per cent.
Police said the woman would appear at Cleveland Magistrates Court at a later date.
