CRASH: Initial reports suggest the fire broke out about 3pm on Monday after the car hit a power pole.
EMERGENCY services have been called to a car fire at Alexandra Hills.
A Fire and Emergency Services spokesperson said firefighters had doused the car at McMillan Road to contain the fire.

A Queensland Ambulance Service spokesperson said it did not appear paramedics had been dispatched.
Queensland Police Service could not provide any further information about the incident.
