POLICE are searching for a stolen black BMW believed to be used in connection with a spate of robberies across the greater Brisbane region, including at Cleveland.
A Queensland Police Service spokesperson said the car, with registration number 9I9, was last seen travelling across North Brisbane in the past few days.
The spokesperson said almost 20 properties across Cleveland, Chermside, Chapel Hill, Pine Rivers were broken into in the past month, with another nine targeted at the Sunshine Coast.
“Officers believe the offences are linked,” the spokesperson said.
“Anyone who may have seen the vehicle is urged to contact police.
