We opened stage 1 in June 2000 with storage units, vehicle hardstand and warehouse storage. Following a quick fill period we then fitted out stage 2 warehouse into storage units, and not long after stage 3 vehicle hardstand with more storage units.
How many people do you employ? 4, and this team has been here an average of 11 years each.
What makes your storage facility special (e.g. drive-in access, security)? The care of a local Redlands family that have been doing business in the Redlands for over 30 years. The facility is easy to find, has easy access, with high security systems, and excellent storage conditions.
Apart from storage, do you offer any other services? Our core business are our
400 storage units with 40 different sized units, but we also offer a great range of moving and packaging materials, and we assist customers with options for moving including a mover, truck hire and trailer hire.
Any unusual storage items? Any amusing anecdotes regarding what people store?
Generally our customers store valued items, but the only item that comes to mind is a plane that was half built. It was definitely an odd find.
What do you enjoy about working in Redland? The family has been doing business in the Redlands for many years and it’s always nice to see people you have met over the years needing your service or returning to your service. We also look forward to continuing to help residential and business customers in our fantastic city.
